DGTG MISSION STATEMENT:

The Mission statement of the Desert Gay Tourism Guild (DGTG) is to bring the business community together and work cooperatively in marketing and advertising efforts to increase tourism for the Greater Palm Springs area. The primary demographic will be the Lsebian, Bay, Bi-sexual, Transgenderd (LGBT) travel market. The gaol is to make the Great Palm Springs area the premier vacation destination for the LGBT traveler.

The DGTG understands that as a group, we are greater than any one individual. We work closely with the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism to ensure that Gay Palm Springs is represented in the best way possible. We create special events and marketing campaigns specifically designed to get gay and lesbian visitors into the greater Palm Springs area.

JOIN THE DGTG TODAY FOR JUST $10 A MONTH AND RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

1. A free listing and weblink on this website, and/or other promotional microsites that may be created as part of Guild Publicity and/or Promotions.

2. All your special events listed on this website's calendar of events.

3. Free participation for your business in the DGTG's annual "SUMMER SPLASH" Campaign.

5. Use of the Guild Logo, and/or other Promotional Logos created by the DGTG for use by Members.

8. Voting rights as defined by the DGTG's By-Laws.

10. The right to attend and participate in Monthly Board Meetings as defined by the Guild By-Laws.

11. Automatic inclusion in all DGTG activities, including Marketing Programs, Advertising Programs, Promotions, Publicity, FAM Visits, and/or other such endeavors as the Guild may choose to undertake.

12. Representation at any event the DGTG attends, such as pride festivals, travel and trade shows and special events.
